How can you spread cheer this holiday season?

Nothing can bring a smile or joy to a person more than receiving an unexpected holiday card around this season.

You can help bring joy to a senior in our community through United Way's Holiday Card Delivery.

United Way is teaming up with local senior communities and agencies to bring a little joy to our community’s seniors. Over 5,000 cards were delivered last year. Help us brighten even more seniors' holiday season again this year.

Holiday Card Details

• Grab a stack of cards and write notes to local seniors.
  • Note: this year we are not personalizing names due to the rapidly changing needs in our community. United Way community partners will add the names to the envelope before delivery.
  • We will be writing notes to about 500 individuals this holiday season! 
• Drop off your holiday cards at the United Way of Central Illinois office (1999 Wabash, Suite 107, Springfield) by 12:00p.m. on December 10th, 2025.
