As 2023 is upon us, many people are thinking about the changes they want to make and the goals they want to achieve. If you are looking for ways to make a positive impact in your community, consider making one of these United Way of Central Illinois-related resolutions:
1.    Get involved in the community: One of the best ways to make a difference is by getting involved in the issues that matter to you. Attend town hall meetings, volunteer one day a month, or simply stay informed about the issues that matter to you. United Way of Central Illinois offers a range of opportunities to get involved, from participating in local events, and volunteering with community organizations, to advocating for important causes and supporting initiatives that benefit the community.

2.    Donate to benefit basic needs, education, financial stability, and health: United Way of Central Illinois works to improve the lives of people in the community by supporting programs and initiatives that address the most pressing needs. When you donate to United Way, you are supporting a wide range of causes, including basic needs, education, financial stability, and health. You can choose to make a one-time donation or set up a recurring gift, and every dollar makes a difference

3.    Volunteer with United Way: If you're looking for a way to give back and make a difference, consider volunteering with United Way of Central Illinois. There are many opportunities to get involved. Whether you have a few hours a week to spare or just a few times a year, United Way has a variety of volunteer opportunities available. Not only will you be making a positive impact on your community, but volunteering can also be a rewarding and enriching experience for you personally.
