We're excited to introduce our new Grant Access Portal, your centralized hub for managing all grant-related information and reports with United Way of Central Illinois.
- All grant information will now be managed through this site.
- As this is a brand-new platform, no data has been transferred from our previous system.
- When completing the reports for the first time, please enter all of your basic information, including contact details and organization data.
- Once submitted, your information will prepopulate in future forms, saving you time and effort moving forward.

Instructions
All applicants are required to have or create an account to complete and submit your application. Keep your user name and password handy so that you can "save a draft" and return to complete your submission (note: you must click 'save draft' at the bottom of the page in order to save; the form will not 'auto-save'). Also this user name and password will continue to be used for agency reporting and future applications.

- CREATE AN ACCOUNT (New users only - an email will be sent to you. Please check your spam.)
- When creating your account, please set your password to UnitedWay217 for ease of future password resets in case of agency staff turnover.
- RESET YOUR PASSWORD (if your email has been used previously, you can reset your password.
- LOGOUT (Be sure to log out once you have saved your draft or submitted your application)
Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Do not leave any blanks; enter N/A if not applicable.
2024-2025 Annual Reports are due by August 1st at 5:00pm.
