Director of Community Impact
Mitch Baker joined the United Way staff on January 17, 2017, first as Resource Development Associate, and then as Community Impact Manager starting in May of 2019. As of February 2022, Mitch Baker serves as the Director of Community Impact. Prior to working at United Way, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and interned in the behavioral department at Hope. Mitch currently resides in Springfield.
